Fabi
What Fabi does with each sensor
The morning summary, alerts for you and for the family members you choose, and a report to take to the doctor.
- Steps, calories and exercise
- In the morning summary, yesterday's steps against your goal and the week in one line. If the afternoon is falling behind, a short reminder of how much is left to close out the day.
- Heart rate (with high and low alerts)
- Resting and overnight heart rate go into the morning summary and the dashboard; the report for the doctor includes the trend over the last 30 days.
- Sleep stages (light, deep, REM)
- The whole night in the morning summary: when you fell asleep and woke up, how much of each stage you got, a comparison with the last 7 nights and a practical tip for tonight.
- Wrist temperature (during sleep)
- Fabi learns your normal and, when a night is well outside it, asks how you're doing. Family members you choose can be alerted.
- Blood oxygen (SpO₂)
- The night's average and minimum in the morning summary, an alert when oxygen stays low for a while, and the 30 days in the report for the doctor.
- ECG (electrocardiogram on the wrist)
- Any tracing you record goes into your health record and into the report to take to your appointment.
- Irregular heart rhythm alert
- When the watch sends an alert, Fabi lets you know (and the family, according to your alerts page) and logs the episode for the doctor.
- Sleep apnea alert
- The alert and the breathing disturbances per night go into the summary and the 30-day report, which is ready for your visit with a sleep doctor.
- Blood pressure
- Readings go to the Blood Pressure screen on the dashboard, with the weekly average and the alerts you agreed on. Apple only alerts to signs of hypertension; Samsung measures, with calibration.
- Body fat percentage (bioimpedance)
- Goes into Body, alongside weight and measurements, to track the trend with you and your nutritionist.
The watch saves data to the phone (Apple Health on iPhone, Health Connect on Android) and the Axis360 Conector app brings it to Fabi. The morning summary with sleep and the alerts from the watch sensors are being built right now (October 2026); what reaches Fabi depends on what the watch saves to the phone.
